Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 888 Squad Organizer ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the 888 Squad Organizer mobile application ("the App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

Description of Service

888 Squad Organizer is a mobile application designed to help users:

  • Browse and book football fields and stadiums
  • Manage booking history and confirmations
  • Create and manage player rosters
  • Generate team lineups for matches
  • Share lineup information with team members

The App is designed to work offline, with data stored locally on your device.

User Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • You have not been previously suspended or removed from using our services.

User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating bookings or player profiles.
  • Use the App only for its intended purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
  • Not upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content.

Booking Disclaimer

The booking feature in 888 Squad Organizer is designed for organizational purposes. Please note:

  • Bookings created within the App are for personal planning and organization.
  • The App generates QR codes locally for reference purposes.
  • We do not guarantee availability of any football field or stadium.
  • Users are responsible for verifying booking details with actual venue providers.
  • We are not a booking intermediary and do not process actual reservations with venues.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 888 Squad Organizer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User-Generated Content

The App may allow you to create and store content such as:

  • Player names and profiles
  • Team names and configurations
  • Booking notes and preferences

You retain ownership of any content you create. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or applications. We are not responsible for:

  • The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
  • Any damages or losses caused by third-party services.
  • The privacy practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 888 Squad Organizer SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
  • Any damages resulting from interruption or cessation of the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 888 Squad Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App.
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. By continuing to use the App after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms of Service.
  • Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or us.
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 888 Squad Organizer regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
